AIDA* Apnea course
Introduction
This course is an introduction to apnea diving. If you have had little contact with water, this course is ideal for you. The training takes place only in the pool.
Requirements
Minimum requirements for participation: age of majority (for 16-year-olds with parental permission), ability to swim 100m at a stretch without a break,
completed AIDA Medical Statement.
Course content
The course includes a theory session and a practical part in the pool (breath holding and stretch diving). No further proof of performance is required for the certificate.

The course is completed without examination
